Can I (open work permit) and my husband (study permit) travel together to canada ?

My husband has study permit and I was approved open work permit in Jan 2021. Now that we want to travel to canada together in May ...considering the covid19 and restrictions can we both travel together to canada together or will there be any problem at the airport.? Very helpful if you could answer my queries?

If travelling together, Most likely yes. Have your 3 day hotel quarantine booked and 11 day quarantine planned too.

How so? as I can see on IRCC if you do not have a job offer you can not enter Canada
