I am living in USA for last 3 months. having green card.
Two Questions :
1. After how long staying in USA, I can apply for Canada Immigration.
2. I also applied from UK in Nov 2007, Still waiting for that, I think it will take 18 months more. Do i need to cancel this first to make a fresh application from USA ?

Two Questions :
1. After how long staying in USA, I can apply for Canada Immigration. There is no minimum stay period but you need to have alteast 1yr valid visa to apply from other country and as you are a green card holder so you can apply anytime.
2. I also applied from UK in Nov 2007, Still waiting for that, I think it will take 18 months more. Do i need to cancel this first to make a fresh application from USA ? I have seen people applying under the fast track and they close there old application once they get decision on the new application.
