I got my PR stamped, wow!.
I beleive you can do it, you could get your passport stamped and complete all the PR card requirement. I would suggest though not to show the immigration officer that you are coming for a few hours.
rite nw u cn do this, but in future u may face problem pertaining to PR obligation.
