Can I go on vacation after submitting citizenship application

Is it okay to go on vacation for couple weeks after submitting citizenship application? especially when it is in "In process?

Yes it's fine. However, you should look at timelines in the tracker for your area and look at processing times and dates as that will give you an idea if you will be called for a test - you should try to avoid having to reschedule that.
