Can I get work permit after a Post Graduate Diploma of 3 Years?

Dear Fellows,

I'm accepted for Master of Management program at University of Windsor and recently moved to Canada. However, I also got admission in Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management which is for 3 years.
My question is Can I get work permit after the Diploma? and will Master or Diploma have an affect on my PR later on.
looking forward for seniors suggestion as I have to take my decision.

I think if you will do master, you have a good chance for PR without job offer. In both the cases, you will get 3 years open work permit as long as if you attend 2 or more years diploma or masters.
