If you don't need a temporary resident visa (TRV) then go pay her a visit in Canada, otherwise you would have to apply for a TRV.

There is no special visa to get married in Canada. You have to apply for a regular visit visa unless you come from a country that is visa exempt in which case you just book your flight and come over.

Leon that sounds so simple and in one sense it you are right. Book the flight, come and apply for marriage license then get married.
Getting married is often not that difficult, it's sorting out life afterward that's the hard part. Mix in immigration and you could be in for a disappointment. Of course Love can conqueror all!!!

Canada doesn't have a marriage visa like the U.S. Canada expects you to get married first, then sponsor your spouse. The U.S. gives you a 6 month visa in order to get married inside the U.S.
