Can i get spouse visa along with study visa for my wife??

Greetings,

Please assist me, My wife wants to go for bachelors or some diploma course in hospitality management from Canada. Is it possible that i will get spouse visa along with my wife's study visa, so that we both may go together to Canada or we may fly together??

How much time it will take and when we have to start the process??

We are an Indian citizen but currently we both are working in Dubai, so how we can start the process from Dubai ??.

My wife already have got 6 bands in IELTS general, Does she needs to give an IELTS academic also or we can apply on the basis of General IELTS??
