Hi guys, I have a POE letter for a work permit , I am currently in the US and I was wondering if I can drive to the border at anytime, (i.e 6 am) and activate my work permit. I specifically wanted to drive at the peace arch border, and I can not find an information about time, it just says it is open a 24/7.
