Can I get LMIA and job experiance score with my own business for EE?

Hello,

I currently am staying with PGWP visa in Canada.
I am thinking to try to apply for PR via EE, and I need two factors both LMIA and job experience.

Questions.

1. If I am building the my own business, and I will work there, can I receive LMIA ?
2. in this case, Can I get the score of job experience in EE?
3. I was told that I also can get the 200 score of manager position, is it possilbe?
