Can I get into University?

Hi, I'm an international student planning on applying to university next year but I'm insecure with my grades... I thought about University of New Brunswick, Stfx, Acadia University, Saint Mary's University and the University of Winnipeg for commerce. I have a 72% average in grade 10 and 75% in grade 11. What do you guys think?

I will finish grade 12 only next year, but because I am in a different system when I start my application process I won't have my final grades, so I think they will look more to grade 11 but I am not sure!
