My fiance is currently in Canada working on OWP post her study visa. She has not applied for PR yet. I would like to know if post marriage can I go to Canada based on spousal visa or OWP since now we are officially married. OR should we apply for PR together OR should she apply first, then I once she has the PR?

After marrying, if she has a NOC A, B or 0 job, you can apply for an OWP based on her status. If she does not have a skilled job, you can try for a TRV to come as a visitor but will not be able to work. If you are married, she must include you in her PR application.
She is a pharmacist. Currently she is also on OWP which she got after her studies were completed. She is already working there for more than a year now. Can she sponsor me since she is also on OWP. Or as you suggested she apply for PR including me as well

She can't sponsor you. Again, once married, you can apply for an OWP. If she applies for PR, she must include you. Those applications have nothing to do with each other.
OK..thank you so much for the information. If I can get OWP based on her PGWP then I guess am good. Then at a later stage we can apply for PR together.
