Indian state govt employee here. I have a few questions:

Can I get a work experience certificate made while I'm still working?

Is my superior authorized to make the certificate for me?

From your experience and knowledge, how easy is it to get a properly formatted experience certificate made from govt offices?
My department uses plain papers for the official communications, I don't even know if they have letterheads! Do you think some official stamp can be used as a replacement for a letterhead?
