Can i get admission in Co-op Education after my bachelors?

Hello, i need expert opinion. I passed my bachelors in 2012, can i get admission in coop now? My major in bachelors was statistics and minors as economics and mathematics. Now i want to start coop in joint major economics and computer science. Please help me and let me know if i am eligible? I have 4 years experience in corporate sector as well. Thank you.

Have you approached any Unis/Colleges with a specific course in mind as they are the ones who have to decide if they will make you an offer or not ? Thats even before you apply for a study permit of course
