Planning to go overseas to Canada on a working visa. Waiting on my new passport to get back to me, before submitting my application.
However, knowing that the application can take a while, I want to go visit friends during this period. Something like 2-3 weeks. Will I be able allow to apply for a tourist visa? And if so, what are the chances of me getting into the country?
