I am from Syria, but I am Studying Software Engineering in Turkey and I will finish my bachelor's soon, I am thinking about completing my studies in Canada I searched for the best program, and eventually I found a program (Post-Degree) its name is Web and Mobile App Development at Langara College BC.
Could you give me any tips to get the visa cause I know that it's hard especially cause I am Syrian, I have ties in Turkey like a car under my name, a small startup for mobile development and my family is in Turkey, in fact, I don't have any plans to stay in Canada my reason that I want to get high-quality education in an English speaking country, I have family members in Canada but not my mom dad brothers sisters I have grandparents and uncles in Canada is there any chance I can get the Visa?
As a temp resident in a third country, it will be challenging for you to get a student permit. I am assuming you don't have Turkish citizenship. Your case is compounded further by the situation in Syria.
If you have good grades, try to get into a leading public university with scholarship. That will help in strengthening your application.
Good luck!

Would you consider going for a Master's vs. a post graduate diploma? A Master's at a good university would strengthen your profile.
I agree with the comment above. Your case is unfortunately more challenging because you are currently outside of your home country and because your home country is Syria.
The case is I am not interested in Masters's because it has higher tuition fees and more theoretical courses but the course I mentioned above is more practical in other words at the end of it I will a real-world project, unlike the Master that would end with a thesis. I want something to prepare me better for my career.

I will go with you That excuse is no longer valid. Just take a look at Master's programs available for Software Engineering students.
you will find the master of computer science or master software engineering, their curriculum full of math courses.

1. Some of those classes look like Bachelor's classes which may be why you can't find them in a Master's
2. Of course you won't find an exact match to that. These college programs are always made to sound targeted and fancy with all the right keywords because they need to fill a gap that universities can't provide. At the end of the day its up to you, just suggesting that because your home ties are weak, you may need to strengthen other aspects

Here I found one for you. Lakehead Msc Comp Sci. Course based option available with 2 Coop terms if you want. Your choice of classes seems to be flexible
and they have option for
OO Programming
Mobile Development which I guess includes for iOS and Android
