Hi! I'm planning to flagpole soon to get a post-graduation work permit, as my online application will take long and I just got a good job offer with a time limit. I just graduated from a Masters and my Study Permit expires in 2 months.
I extended my study permit during my studies and didn't extend my visa, so although I was allowed to stay here and study I was unable to leave and re-entry Canada.
Given how I'm still waiting for the decision and I don't have a visitor visa, can I flagpole using only my student permit? Do I need to renew my canada visa before trying to flagpole? I have a US tourism visa.
