Can I file my visa online after 1st december. I am waiting for my GIC. Mostly I think i can get GIC by 5 december. So can I file my visa after 6-7th december. My university is starting on 7th Jan. What will be my visa success rate if i file visa after 1st december.
 
You can certainly try. However you'll be leaving very little time for your visa to be processed. Don't be surprised if CIC tells you to defer by a semester.
 
am also waiting for my gic :( funded on 18 nov still no gic
just go for it ok it upon u r luck so thoda ja delay nal visa nai refuse hovega ok
