Can I extend study permit and co-op permit in the same application?

Hi guys,
Both of my study permit and my co-op permit is going to expire in August 2019. I wonder if I can extend these document in the same application. Do I simply just apply for a study permit extension and select "I would like to apply for a co-op permit at the same time"? I am not entirely sure if that it the right way to do it as I am extending my co-op permit rather than applying for a new one. Thanks for your time!
