My wife is holding a Study Permit and has approved an application of 3-year OWP for Hong Kong recent graduates, but taken at the border yet.
I am holding a SOWP, which depends on my wife's Study Permit.
We are both in Canada for studying and working respectively.
As my wife will be graduated in April 2023, her SP and my SOWP will also be terminated at the same time.
She will flagpole for the OWP before her SP has been terminated.
What should I do if I want to continue working in Canada after my wife graduates?
To extend my current SOWP?
Or to apply another SOWP, which depends on her OWP?

In order to extend your SOWP, your wife must be working in a NOC A, B or 0 skill level job and you need to include a letter from her employer with your application (confirming her job and employment), as well as three of her payslips.

The OWP for Hong Kong graduates has no conditions to apply a SOWP, does she still need to have a NOC A, B or 0 role with payslips for my SOWP application?

Is that Stream A? I am pretty sure spouse can get SOWP when you get stream A OWP. But I am not 100% sure if that can be done with Flagpoling at the border. There are many FB groups for people applying via this stream.. But I am not on FB.

Yes, exactly. My wife has approved the stream A OWP, and she will flagpole to get it at the border. I am not sure if I can apply SOWP at the border or through the internet.

I was trying to read up about stream A. And I think you got confused with stream B.
For recent graduates from Canadian university/collage, you apply via stream A to become a PR (and spouse in Canada are included in the application).
I think the 3 years OWP is for stream B. They will apply after their work experience using the OWP.
I think for both streams, you need to apply within Canada. And for your wife, she will be getting PGWP after she graduated and is waiting for the stream A Pathway to process.
This is what I got from my reading so far. So please do additional research. I will try to learn about this pathway.
You still have time and can continue understanding the process until your wife graduate next year.

Sorry I've mixed up the Stream A and B. My wife has already apply for OWP for Stream B, together with a SP as well. My current SOWP is depending to her SP. She is going to flagpole to get the OWP instead of PGWP. So I can apply for another SOWP depending to her OWP without any pre-condition.
That's what I understand that I can do to continue working Canada, as well as my wife can work in Canada to wait for the PR process.
