Can I enter Quebec for 1 week on a USA tourist visa ?

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are traveling to Boston, New Hampshire, and other destinations with a tourist visa for the USA. We also intend to travel to Canada. Can we travel to Canada for a week on a tourist visa from the USA?
I see that's allowed here : https://help.cbp.gov/s/article/Article-751?language=en_US
But I want to make sure before planning. I really appreciate the reply.

No, you can't. You need to obtain a TRV (Canadian tourist visa) to be allowed to enter Canada.

That link does NOT say that you can enter Canada on a US tourist visa. This link is about re-entery into the US, not entry into Canada.
