Can I enter Canada??

I don't even know how to phrase this question... But hear me out please.

I got my study extension approved and I'm still waiting for documents to be mailed to my address (it's been over a week).

I need to enter Canada and urgently take care of housing matters.. I got my eta approved so can I enter Canada and get my study extension visa stamped at the airport?? Or do I need the documents that were mailed to me? That's what I did when I got my first study visa.

I'm very confused.. Some answers and guidance would be helpful.
