can i enter CA till the exipry of PR

hi friends, i entered canada on 10th of july 2007 and left in june 2008. my stay was almost 350 days.
my PR is expiring in 10 august 2012.
what i need to ask is can i enter canada before 10 august 2012 on any day ?
if any officer notice that i have stayed only 350 days, he/she might stop me entering, he /she may argue that u cant fulfil minimum PR card renewal condition, so u may not enter. what should i do ?
and if i enter canada, what should i do legally to continue my stay there.
