Dear Friends ,

I applied online for study permit on 10th May in London but no response from them yet its too annoying for me can i email them to ask status of my application .

can any share contact email of london embassy to confirm status .

Thanks for Response... link u provided show 8 to 10 week processing time in London embassy i applied on 10th May that is 45 days now today wat u think should i write them for status or just wait .

I applied on the 7th May - I'm waiting for the 8 week point (next week) before I email them as they clearly state that they won't respond if you're still within the processing time.

Having said that though it's worth a try - let me know if you get a response.

I have heard reports from others who have just received their study permits, that it actually took 12 weeks to process due to the delays being experienced caused by the strikes that are underway.

Hopefully it will be sooner than that.
