If you are able to obtain a TRV, then you can certainly come to Canada to look for a job and employer. However you should be aware that it's next to impossible to secure a job offer since most employers aren't willing to go through the LMIA process. You should look for other ways to increase your CRS score. Unfortunately there's very little chance a job offer will happen.
