Nice to be here, hope someone can help us.
My wife and I received our Canadian Immigration VISA (PNP) 1 week ago, and we were required to landing in Canada before 06/01/2012. We are planning to make a short landing then come back to the US a few days later. Both of us have valid H1B Status, our I-485 (US Green Card) is Pending. My wife has AP but I don't have it. And there is no time for me to apply it because the processing will take about 3 month. I am quite sure my wife can return to the US, but how about me??? Is there any risk that I will be rejected for re-enter or our I-485 will be revoked? I am the principle applicant for both the Canada and US immigration. My wife is dependent. Please help......Thanks a lot!
