I live in Yemen and I have a relationship with my girlfriend for more than 10 years. During this years we lived together and have 3 children, does this an enough proof for claiming my girlfriend as a common law partner to visit Canada?

Yes - if you have lived together for 10 years, then she is definitely a common law partner.
