Can I claim 50 points for Job Offer under CEC if my WP Extension is in progress

Hi All,
My query is that if I claim 50 additional points under CEC category then I will clear the current cutoff but should I wait to get my WP extension approval as my WP extension is still in progress( Filed 19th April) and current work permit expires on 16th June 2023. I have a new offer letter from my employer that states my position here in Canada is needed for next 3 years. I can also get an experience letter. Also let me know if I can I get an ITA now and if in next 60 days post ITA, I get WP approval then I can submit the documents else decline ITA.

Canadian Experience - Current WP ends on 16th June 2023. Extension has been applied on 19th April. I have the online submission confirmation with new UCI.

Do you have a year of Canadian experience? If so, yes. You will need a new job offer letter stating you will be employed one year after PR.

Yes I do have Canadian experience. I got a new job offer when my company applied for work permit extension stating that I'm needed for next 3 years.

Better to apply now. I have seen with my colleague once WP ext approved , Ircc will ask new offer letter
