Can I choose LONDON office?

I am a UK passport holder living in the UAE.

Do I have to put UAE/Abu Dhabi office on my application or can I choose the London office?

You can chose based on citizenship or residency. So yes you can choose London as your visa office. However really the decision is up to CIC and they will send it where they see fit. Usually they prefer to send based on citizenship anyways so you should be ok.
