Hi,

I'm in Canada on a visit. I am offered a full time permanent job. Can I change my visitor visa to a work permit. If yes, then how and how long would that take?

Thanks

You can't just change it. Your employer should apply for a LMO (labour market opinion), if it comes out positive you can the apply for a work permit based on that positive LMO. How long it takes depends on what job it is and in what province.
