I am having more than 15 years of Sr. Managerial experience in office administration , facility and hospitality sector and at present I am working in Canada on close work permit as Food Service Supervisor with a Restaurant.
I have two questions:
1. If a gas station employer wants to hire me as Gas satiation manager, can he apply for positive LMIA for me?
2. If he gets positive LMIA am I able to apply and get work permit , if I apply before 4-5 months of expiry of my current close work permit.
Please help me. Thanks
