I have realized that I have answered “yes” to “has Himanshu Been working full time for the current work permit for 1 year ?”

I am a provincial nominee and received nomination under FSW category. However I received my work permit later and changed this details very recently (before receiving pnp). Can I change the answer now or do I have to decline ITA ?
