Can I change country of stamping?

Hello

My visitor visa got approved May 5 and I got PPR June 20.
I am currently in a different country than my country of residence and will be here for over 30 days.
Is it possible to request visa stamping in the country I’m visiting?
Do I need to get approval from IRCC or can I just send my visa to the appropriate office listed on the website?
