Hello everyone,
I am currently working and living in Canada, I received my work permit (extended) today. Can i apply for a visa from my country. because i have a flight ticket on may 17 , if i apply online and wait for visa i may miss my flight ticket , i can change the flight ticket dates but i don't want to pay extra $.
Basically the question is can i apply TRV from my own country rather than Canada with my work permit.
Thanks.

Yes.
Thanks for quick response , i am little confused.
my first and second canadian visa in my passport the category is W-1 Worker .if i apply to new visa from my country is it going to be same ? Cause i ask to vfsglobal , the company who deal with canadian visa , they said you can only apply for tourist visa.

A TRV is a TRV. It doesn't matter what your status is.
