So i got accepted to concordia university in québéc and when i started to apply to the student visa they required a caq, the caq takes a month or so till i receive an approval same goes for the visa it also takes from 4 to 8 weeks. my term starts on the 3rd of september and i dont have time to wait for both the caq and the student visa. my question is, can i apply to the student visa while the caq is in process? or do i have to wait to receive an approval on the caq and then start with the study permit?
