Hi,

I am currently living in BC, have a full time software developer job (been working for 6 months since I graduated) and just took an IELTS exam (Writing:5.5, Reading:7, Listening:6, Speaking:8). I am just hoping to have an answer about these questions:
- Am I eligible to apply for any EE programs?
- Should I consider apply for BC PNP?
- Can I apply with my 5.5 in writing? I don't really want to retake this English test but if I have to I will.
