I would like to know if me and my wife can apply for her father? because we applied for her grandmother and she got super visa last month. Will there be any problems cause her father just got his new passport this week and wants to come and see his grandaughter who was born in april, 2012.

As long as you meet the LICO you can apply.
 
When i apply for my father in-law do I need to meet income requirements for me, wife, baby, grandmother and father in-law? or just me, wife, baby and father in-law?
