any suggestions ?
can anyone suggest any course?
You need to show ties to home why studying in Canada is relevant to your background and future prospects in your home country. Given your profile that means a master's in pharmacy. At your age they will likely suspect your intent is to obtain PR, so you will be refused unless you can satisfy them your only and genuine intent is to study in Canada and then return home.

If you currently are employed, ask your employer to keep you job on hold and you can add a letter or doc stating this. This might convince them that you're more interested in studying than future prospects.

This sort of letter is often suggested but I don't know how believable it is to visa officers. My guess is not very, unless it's some sort of family business.

Not really. A lot of employed aspirants take leave without quitting. This usually happens for US aspirants. Yes it's even better if it's a family business.
Well the OP isnt replying haha
