Can I apply in Europe for first Canadian Passport after the Oath?
I have done the Oath and waiting for my Citizenship certificate.
Unfortunately I did not take with me my kids birth certificate from Europe. As I understand I need it as a proof of parentage.
I just flew to do the Oath to Canada and I will fly out shortly.
The CIC officer who supervise my my Oath told me to do passport before I leave becouse it will be imposible to do it in Europe.

Has anybody done his first Canadian Passport outside Canda or US?

Do a cut in half PR card sufficient as Canadian Travel Document for the kids to skip birth certificate requirements?
