Hello all,
I'm new here. I have an express entry profile but the score is too low. I've 6+ years of work experience in IT but it seems like I won't get ETA from express entry, So trying to get province nomination which not very difficult.
And getting a job from outside of Canada is highly improbable. That is why I was wondering, if I can apply for temporary work permit along with express entry profile? Or Do I have any other options?

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately to get a temp work permit you need an LMIA sponsored by an employer with a job offer

Many thanks. Problem is, need a job to immigrate and securing is a job without work permit is very unlikely. Its easily understandable that employers don't want to go through the hassle of LIMA.

Yes - you are right. Most employers do not want to go through the trouble of getting an approved LMIA.

Unfortunately a job offer and approved LMIA is mandatory if you want to apply for a work permit.

Thanks for clearing it up. I got the same thing after some research. I'm not sure what other options do I have....... :(
