Dear all,
I want to know that if my canadian citizen uncle who has his own business in canada, if he sponsor me for visit can i get visa of visiting? I am unmarried 31 years old guy. Doing job as well. I have my own bank statement of 17 lac. Please suggest.
Like everyone you have to prove to the VO that you will leave Canada before the expiry of your visa. Make a point that your ties to your home country are strong. Is your job a good one, is your employer willing to write a letter granting your leave and the date you will return, perhaps including how you are an integral part of his work place? Do you have family, do they rely on you? Do you own any property? Have you travelled before to show you have the financial resources for holidays and that you returned to your home in the past? Do you have a compelling reason to travel, itinerary? All these things will help. Being single and your age, without a solid job and ties to home makes it a challenge. Good Luck.
Kingwil, that is a credit to you to achieve your TRV at 24. Can you share with us the key toyour success? One of the reasons that a young age or single status is brought up as a challenge is that usually people in these categories often have not had time to build the resources required to prove their strong ties.
Got my first multiple entry V-1 when I was 19 (valid up to 2012) and my second when I was 22 (March 2012, valid until 2017). But then, I applied with my parents.
