Is my marks sufficient for gaming graphics development course ?

Would you be admitted to a university or college to study? Your grades are very low. It will be hard, unless you apply to a private college more interested in charging lots of students lots of money and who doesn't really care about results. Would that lead to a visa approval? I'm not sure.
Could you get a visa based on express entry or FSW in the field of game testing? Not without strong language skills, education points, and work experience.
