I got a conditional offer for a masters program from a university (Queen's university) till I submit my graduation certificates; but I am in my final year and I will not receive them till 15/7 I am very afraid that this would become too late to apply for the visa, but I am also afraid from the rejection if I applied with the conditional letter; is there any solution?
