These days the processing time for Visas is very long. I am living in Canada and would like to apply to extend my Visa, but by the time my visa will be processed, I would be in another country. Is it possible that I could just apply for the visa from another country (so that I can pick up my Visa from there directly) while I am living in Canada now? If I apply from within Canada, I am afraid I won't be in Canada when the Visa is processed and I will then not be able to come to Canada without a Visa.
