Hello, my boyfriend, who is a permanent resident, and I have been living in Ottawa for 10 months. Next month, we will be moving to Quebec City. After living in Quebec for 2 months, we will qualify as common-law partners. My question is: can I apply for sponsorship in Quebec even if I have only lived there for 2 or 3 months?
