Can I apply for PR while studying in Canada?

Hi,

I am an international student, currently living in Quebec. I have completed my 1st semester online and now taking classes of 2nd semester. I am enrolled in 2 years diploma. I was wondering if it is possible to apply for PR while studying? Below are my background details

1. 28 Years old
2. Holding 5 years of IT experience (Foreign experience) - My work profile falls under (NOC Skill Type B)
3. Currently studying in Quebec - 2 years course (2nd Semester is going on)
4. Having required IELTS band.

If you are eligible for EE - FSW, then yes. You don’t get points for Canadian education until you have graduated. You want 67 points to be eligible and a 470+ CRS score.
