I am not confident on my PR application (that i applied in February) and want to apply for Ontario PNP under Human Capital Priorities Stream now.

Can someone please guide if I can apply or not? Am i eligible?

You cant apply for it. Ontario has to send you a NoI. Now that you have applied for PR, you are no longer in the EE pool

You still need to have a NOI before you can submit an online application. Even if you was able to apply this would not make any sense. If you are not confident in existing application then what is the difference with the application with Ontario PNP? You still need to apply for PR if you get the Ontario PNP.

At least you can wait for this current application to be refused before exploring other options.
