Hello everyone, i did graduate in 2013 from a college in Ontario and have been working since then with my post graduate open work permit.
I want to go for further higher studies. Is it possible to apply for a Masters program now? If its possible now will I be paying international student fees?
Please note I am still under post grad open work permit and have almost an year and half to finish it.

Yes - you can apply for a Master's program. Yes - you will see pay international student fees. since you aren't a Canadian citizen or PR. Note that you can only get a post graduate work permit once in your life.

If you want to work after your Master's program, then you will need to find an employer in Canada who is willing to offer you a full time job and who is also able to obtain an approved LMIA. Once you have a job offer and an approved LMIA from a Canadian employer, you will then be able to apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer.

Okay. So how long can i stay back then?
Say after finishing my post grad diploma they gave me a 3 year PGWP..so after finishing my masters how long can i stay and find an employer?

You can stay until your study permit expires - which is usually a few months. You can also try extending your stay for a longer period of time by applying to change your status to visitor before your study permit expires.
