Please i need help on this urgently, I applied for refugee in 2016 which was refused, my appeal was also refused likewise the Judicial review, and I have submitted an application for H&C which is almost 6 months, i haven't heard from them,but I have since been working full time on an Open work permit since March 2017, please can I apply for CEC/Express Entry as I have 1 year work experience which is part of the requirement and writing IELTS exam.
Will this affect my H&C application and I'm I qualified to apply?

No you cannot. Work experience obtained while having protected status does not count towards a CEC application. In your case, you don't even have protected status as you are still waiting to hear from IRB.

No - you cannot apply for CEC. Work experience gained while waiting for a refugee or H&C application to be processed cannot be counted towards any Canadian immigration program.
