True, but that just means some interest to pay if you owe the gov money. OP can still file his 2022 tax anytime.

I think it's OK if you haven't filed for 2022 so long as you don't owe anything. Since you have filed in the prev. years. But if you owe taxes for 2022, they might want you to pay that.
