Can i apply for canadian PR with this IELTS score?

Listening 8.50
Reading 5.50
Speaking 6.00
Writing 6.00
OverAllBandScore 6.50

Do i qualify for canadian PR?

no, minimum score for each section is a "6" so your reading score would have to improve if you want to qualify

I too got the same score for each category. So do i have to re write exam again? In the mean time can i send my documents for educational assessment ? If yes can you please suggest me where i can get that done, suggest me any authorised center for that as i am trying to apply from India. Is that fine by the time educational assessment is done , i will re write my exam and get eligible score??/

I have registered for IELTS exam for the second time. But the result would be in my hand 15 days later.

Is it accepted if I can manage to reach my previous IELTS result to CIC just 1/2 days before the end of the validity?

If yes then do i have to mention my coming IELTS exam?

I would be glad if someone pls answer my question.
